Everything customers usually ask before their first appointment. If something isn't covered here, call or text us and we'll answer directly.

Booking & appointments

Do I need to provide water or electricity?

+

No. We arrive equipped to work independently. If water or power is easily accessible we're glad to use it, but it isn't required.

Do I need to be home during the appointment?

+

Not necessarily. Many customers leave the keys and go about their day, or we detail the vehicle at their workplace while they work. We just need safe access to the vehicle.

How long does a detail take?

+

Most appointments run 1 to 2 hours depending on vehicle size and condition. Full inside-and-out details usually take a bit longer, and ceramic coating is a full-day service.

What happens if it rains?

+

We keep an eye on the forecast and will reach out to reschedule or shift to covered work if weather makes exterior work unsafe or ineffective. There's no penalty for a weather reschedule.

What kinds of vehicles do you service?

+

Cars, trucks, SUVs, vans and work vehicles. Larger or heavily soiled vehicles may be subject to a price adjustment based on size and condition.

How does pricing work?

+

Interior details start at $150, full inside-and-out details start at $200, and ceramic coating starts at $799. A one-step paint correction, including paint decontamination, can be added to any detail for $250. Final pricing depends on vehicle size and condition, and we confirm before any work begins.

Do you remove pet hair?

+

Yes. Pet hair removal is available as its own service or added to an interior detail. Heavy shedding adds labor time.

How does booking work?

+

Pick an open day and time on our calendar, tell us about the vehicle and where it will be, and submit. There's $0 due to book — no deposit and no card. We confirm by text and you pay after the work is complete.

Service-specific questions

How long does an interior detail take?

Most appointments run 1 to 2 hours depending on vehicle size and condition.

Can you get stains out of cloth seats?

Shampoo extraction lifts most stains. Older set-in stains and dye transfer may improve but not disappear entirely.

Do you remove pet hair?

+

Yes — pet hair removal is available and heavy cases may take extra time.

Full Interior & Exterior Detail

How long does a full detail take?

+

Plan on 1 to 2 hours for most vehicles, with full inside-and-out details typically taking a bit longer. Larger or heavily soiled vehicles may take extra time.

Do larger vehicles cost more?

+

Trucks, SUVs and vans may be subject to a price adjustment based on size and condition. We confirm before we start.

Ceramic Coating

Do you need indoor space for a ceramic coating?

+

We need a shaded, dry, sheltered spot such as a garage or covered driveway for proper curing.

Does the car need paint correction first?

+

A coating locks in whatever is underneath, so we assess the paint and recommend correction when it will make a real difference.

How long is the appointment?

+

Ceramic coating is a full-day service because prep and cure time cannot be rushed.

One-Step Paint Correction

How much is paint correction?

+

The one-step paint correction is a $250 add-on to any detail package, and it includes the paint decontamination step.

Will every scratch come out?

+

Defects you can catch a fingernail in are usually too deep for a one-step polish. We tell you honestly what we expect to improve before starting.

Payment, cancellation and vehicle condition policies are detailed on our Terms & Policies page.
